Learned counsel for the appellant submits that although the respondent-Bank is appearing in the DRC proceedings, but the Bank is not appearing deliberately before this Tribunal.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the arguing counsel Shri Kushal Kant is indisposed today, therefore, he is unable to appear before this Tribunal, hence seeks adjournment.
As prayed by the learned counsel for the respondent, the case is adjourned. If the respondent does not appear on the next date, appropriate order shall be passed.
