Perusal of the order dated 26.08.2021 shows that the notices were directed to be issued to the respondents, but no steps have been taken by the learned counsel for the appellant. Since the respondent nos. 1 & 2 have put in their appearance through counsels, therefore, the appellant is directed to take steps for service of notice within 15 days upon the remaining respondent nos. 3 to 7 as per the order dated 26.08.2021.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that the arguing counsel Shri B. K. Srivastava is indisposed, therefore, the matter be adjourned.
Learned counsel for the appellant has no objection to the adjournment on personal ground.
