Perusal of the earlier order dated 12.11.2021 shows that last opportunity was granted to the respondent no. 3 to file reply, but the office report dated 24.05.2022 reveals that no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3. Accordingly, right of the respondent no. 3 to file reply is hereby closed. The said report further shows that the respondent nos. 1 & 2- Bank have filed reply, but no rejoinder thereto has been filed till date. Let the rejoinder be filed by the next date.
List this case on 12.09.2022 for rejoinder. Till then the interim order, if any, shall continue.
