The present urgency application being I.A. No. 90/2022 has been filed by the applicant stating that the amount deposited by the appellant for maintaining the appeal is still lying with this Tribunal. The appeal has already been dismissed. The learned counsel submits that the applicant is in urgent need of money, therefore, it is prayed that the matter fixed for 05.07.2022 be preponed.
After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, the urgency application is allowed and the matter posted for 05.07.2022 is preponed to 03.06.2022.
