Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has been served with a copy of reply filed by the respondent-Bank to the application filed by the appellant for release of articles and prays for time to file rejoinder thereto. Let the same be filed by the next date.

An impleadment application no. 53/2022 has been filed today and it has been stated that the respondent no. 3-Basudev Prasad has sold the property during the pendency of this appeal vide sale deed dated 01.02.2021 in favour of one Shri Sharma Bhagat and as such the third party right has been created over the property in question. Therefore, the present application has been moved for impleading Shri Sharma Bhagat as respondent no. 5 in the present case, to which the learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.

In view of the aforesaid, the impleadment application is allowed and the appellant is directed to carry out the amendment in the cause title of the appeal within 48 hours.

Another application being I.A. No. 54/2022 has been filed by the appellant after serving copy of the same to the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, who may file reply by the next date, if so desired.

List this case on 27.07.2022 for reply.
