Learned counsel for the respondents no. 1 to 4 & 7 states that Shri Abhishek, Advocate is to argue the matter on behalf of the contesting respondents, who comes from Delhi, but he is unable to come today, therefore, he prays for adjournment.
The similar request has been made by Shri A. P. Singh, Advocate, who states that the matter is to be argued by Shri Kaushal Kishore, counsel for the respondent-Punjab National Bank, who could not come from Lucknow today.
The appeal is being adjourned again and again on one pretext or the other. However, in the interest of justice, as last opportunity, list this case on 19.07.2022 for hearing.
