Learned counsel for the appellants submits that inspite of time being granted to the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank for filing reply to the amended waiver application, no reply has been filed till date. Let the same be filed by the next date.
In the present case, affidavit of service is on record and as per tracking report, the respondent nos. 2 & 3 have been served. However, none has appeared on their behalf. Let the respondent nos. 2 & 3 be represented and file reply to the amended waiver application by the next date.
