As per office report dated 27.01.2023, reply to the interim application has been filed by the respondent nos. 1, 3 & 4, but none has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent no. 2 inspite of paper publication. The said report further shows that reply to the memo of appeal has been filed by the respondent no. 1. No notice has been issued to the newly added respondent nos. 5 & 6. Let the appellant take fresh steps within a week for service of notice upon the respondents no. 5 & 6 by two modes i.e. registered post with A.D. and speed post. The affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
