Therefore, the appellant is directed to take fresh steps within 10 days for service of notice upon the respondent no. 2 through publication in the newspaper having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
List this case on 03.08.2023 for service. In the meantime, the interim protection granted vide order dated 15.02.2023 shall remain operative.
