Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the order dated 21.09.2022 with regard to deposit of 25% of the amount due, could not be complied with. He further submits that 10 days’ further time may be granted for deposit of the same.
The time as prayed for by the counsel for the appellant is granted to deposit 25% of the amount due.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank is directed to file reply to the waiver and stay applications filed by the appellant.
Let the notice be issued on the waiver and stay to the other respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
