Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, who has filed the present misc. application on the ground that the respondentbank has conducted E-auction sale of the property in question belonging to the appellant no. 3, against which the appellant filed an application for interim relief and amendment application on 12.09.2022 in the pending S.A. No. 537/2022, but the Tribunal below did not consider and decide the same till date, therefore, it is prayed that the Tribunal below may be directed to dispose off the S.A. No. 537/2022 and other pending applications most expeditiously or within the time as stipulated by this Tribunal.
In view of the above, the present application stands disposed off with direction to the Presiding Officer, DRT, Lucknow for considering and deciding the S.A. No. 537/2022 and the other pending applications filed by the appellants, which are stated to be pending, in accordance with law most expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
