Learned counsel for the appellants deposits a demand draft no. 150386 dated 10.06.2022 for Rs. 12,50,000/- towards mandatory deposit of 25% of the amount due.

The amount deposited by the appellant be kept in the form of FDR in the nationalized Bank for a period of six months in auto renewal scheme.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the arguing counsel Shri Maneesh Mehrotra is not available today on account of personal reason.

The learned counsel for the appellant also states that after tomorrow he shall not be available and the matter be posted in July, 2022, but in the facts and circumstances of the case, the interest of appellant may be protected in the meantime.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the parties are directed to maintain the status quo qua the property in question as it exists today till next date.

List this case on 26.07.2022 for waiver.
