The present urgency application being I.A. No. 381/2022 has been filed with a prayer that some early date may be fixed in the case so that the waiver and stay applications may be decided.
In view of the above and the fact that the case is already listed on 11.11.2022 and the appellant has already been granted the interim relief vide order dated 16.06.2022, hence there is no good ground made out for urgent hearing of the matter. Therefore, the urgency application is rejected and the case be listed on the date already fixed i.e. 11.11.2022.
