Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the arguing counsel Shri S. S. Nigam is indisposed today, therefore, he is unable to appear and prays for adjournment.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that on 16.06.2022 the matter was taken up and he could not appear before this Tribnunal on account of personal reason and by misstatement of incorrect facts, interim order has been obtained. Learned counsel has referred the page no. 200 of the paper book and contended that the amount due is Rs. 2,21,20,678.48, therefore, the deposit of Rs. 12.50 lacs is not even 10% of the amount due.
Since arguing counsel Shri S. S. Nigam is not present today, therefore, list this case on 01.08.2022. Till then the interim order, if any, shall remain operative.
