The office report dated 10.11.2022 shows that inspite of earlier order of this Tribunal dated 07.06.2022, no reply to the waiver application has been filed by the respondent-Bank and no notice has been issued to the respondent nos. 2 & 3.
Let the notice be issued to the respondents no. 2 & 3 on waiver by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank may file reply by the next date.
