Present: Shri Adarsh Bhushan, counsel for the appellant,
Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
Issue notices to the respondents on the delay condonation application by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the same order is under challenge in the present appeal as is under challenge in Appeal Dy. No. 347/2022.
Accordingly, both the appeals be clubbed together and the interim order, which has been passed in Appeal Dy. No. 347/2022, shall in remain operative in both the appeals.
List this case on 21.09.2022 for service.
