Learned counsel for the appellant files rejoinder to the waiver application, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the only point involved in the present appeal is, whether the appellant would be covered under the insurance cover of the ICICI Lombard, which is sister concern of the respondent-Bank. It is further submitted that the matter with regard to the coverage of insurance scheme is pending consideration before the National Consumer Protection Forum and the next date fixed before the Forum is 17.11.2022.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the arguing counsel Shri V. K. Pandey is busy in his personal cases before the Hon’ble High Court, therefore, he is unable to attend this Tribunal today, therefore, he prays for adjournment.

As prayed, list this case on 13.10.2022 for waiver.
