Vide earlier order dated 19.07.2022 of this Tribunal, time was granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to explain as to how the present proceedings are maintainable in absence of pre-deposit amount.
The office report dated 21.09.2022 shows that neither any pre-deposit amount has been made nor any waiver application has been filed.
In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as not maintainable for want of pre-deposit. In case the appellant makes pre-deposit, he may approach before this Tribunal for revival of this appeal.
