The office report dated 20.05.2020 shows that reply to the waiver application has been filed, but no rejoinder to the same has been filed by the appellant till date and delay condonation application is pending consideration. Let the rejoinder be filed by the next date.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the issue regarding insurance claim of the father of appellant is yet to be decided by the National Consumer Forum and 30th May, 2022 is the date fixed for deciding the same and if the issue is decided in favour of the appellant, the entire amount of the claim will go to the respondent-Bank and not to the appellant, therefore, he seeks adjournment till 30th May, 2022.
