The present misc. appeal has been filed under section 17(6) of the SARFAESI Act seeking direction to the DRT, Allahabad for deciding the S.A. No. 542 of 2022 expeditiously.
The report of the Registrar dated 03.11.2022 shows that I.A. No. 528/2022 being Urgency application has been filed.
Since the matter has been taken up, therefore, the I.A. No. 528/2022 has become infructuous and is disposed off as such.
The record shows that the matter has been fixed for 22.11.2022 before the Tribunal below. There is no doubt that the DRT, Allahabad will proceed with the matter on the date fixed and decide it most expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably on the next date or within 3 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, the misc. application stands disposed off.
