Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the auction purchasers being respondent nos. 3 & 4 have duly been served and they are being represented through their counsel Shri B. R. Mishra, who is not present today. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the interest of the appellant may be protected as the respondents may create third party interest over the property in question.
In view of the above facts, the parties are directed to maintain the status quo qua the property in question as it exists today till the next date.
