Learned counsel for the appellant contends that as per tracking report, all the respondents have been noticed, but office report dated 24.03.2023 shows that notice sent to respondent no. 4 could not be delivered on account of insufficient address.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank also prays for some time to file reply to the waiver application. Let the same be filed by the next date.
