Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
The reason mentioned in the recall application being M.A. No. 37/2022 is regarding, as to why the appellant could not appear on 29.09.2022. The order of this Tribunal dated 29.09.2022 shows that the appellant was not appearing for the last 5 days i.e. since 21.10.2020 as recorded in the said order, which has not been explained. Therefore, the present application is dismissed.
