The writ petition already stands disposed on 25.05.2018. Vide order dated 10.04.2018, we had separated the aspect concerned with public interest and directed the same to be registered as a PIL. The status report now filed is in compliance of our order dated 07.03.2018.
Accordingly, we are of the view that the same should be placed in the PIL registered in terms of our order dated 10.04.2018.
