- By this petition, the petitioner seeks modification of orders dated 24th January, 2018 and 28th November, 2017 granting him furlough stating that the petitioner is not in a position to furnish the conditions imposed by the order of Court. The petitioner was granted 1st spell of furlough by the competent authority for a period of three weeks vide order dated 28th November, 2017 directing him to furnish two surety bonds for a sum of ₹ 10,000/- to the satisfaction of Superintendent, Central Jail No. 13, Mandoli. Since the petitioner could not furnish the said surety bond he moved an application for modification of the surety bond which was also allowed on 24th January, 2018 directing release of the petitioner on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000 with one surety bond of the like amount.

- By the present petition, the petitioner seeks further modification of the said order on the ground that he is not in a position to furnish the said surety. 3. Petitioner prays that he be permitted to furnish personal bond and deposit cash surety in lieu of surety bond.
