The present petition is disposed of, in view of the statement made on behalf of Ms. Mini Pushkarna, on instructions from Ms. Sujata Malik, Deputy Director, Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi, to the effect that the petitioner shall be afforded an opportunity of being heard on 28.07.2018 and a speaking order, in terms of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 11.04.2018 shall be passed within ten working days thereafter, under intimation to the petitioner.
