Shri Ajay Kumar Dwivedi, Counsel for Petitioner. The instant writ petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 19.04.2022 passed in WPS No. 2678/2022. A review petition of identical nature came up before this Court on 12.05.2022 in REVP No.62/2022(Central Board of Trustees Employees Provident Fund Organization v. R. S. Sharma & another). The grounds raised by the petitioner seeking review are all identical in nature. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to take the same view in the present review petition as well.
