A review petition of identical nature came up before this Court on 12.05.2022 in REVP No.62/2022(Central Board of Trustees Employees Provident Fund Organization v. R. S. Sharma & another). The grounds raised by the petitioner seeking review are all identical in nature. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to take the same view in the present review petition as well.
