ORAL ORDER [PER SMT. V.K. TAHILRAMANI, J.] :
6.11.2015. As the petitioner wanted to spend furlough in the
State of Gujarat, Police Report was called from the
Authorities in Gujarat. The Police Report was received in
Gujarati language, hence, it took some time for the DIG

Prisons, Aurangabad who is the concerned authority to get the report translated and to decide the same. After report was translated, the DIG Prisons has considered the matter and has granted furlough by order dated 16.4.2016. In this
view of the matter, the petitioner will be released on furlough
on compliance of usual terms and conditions as set out by the Jail Authorities.
