However, looking to the fact that the husband of the petitioner is suffering from bleeding from the rectum, the prison authorities to ensure that the husband of the petitioner receives all necessary medical care and treatment. If the necessary treatment cannot be provided in the prison hospital, the husband of the petitioner to be referred to the Government hospital and he be admitted there if found necessary.

In view of the above, we cannot grant prayer for temporary bail. Hence rule is discharged.
