1Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners have approached the Maharashtra
Water Resources Regulatory Authority and an order
has been passed by the said Authority on 8th August
2013. The learned counsel for the petitioners
states that the petitioners are partly aggrieved by
the said order. He states that as per the said
order, the petitioners have made a representation to
the State Government on 8th September 2013.

2If the petitioners are aggrieved by any part of
the order of the Maharashtra Water Resources
Regulatory Authority, the petitioners will have to
adopt appropriate remedy. Therefore, this PIL need
not be kept pending.

3Hence, we dispose of the petition by passing
the following order:

(i) We direct the State Government to take
appropriate decision on the representation
dated 8th September 2013 made by the petitioners
as expeditiously as possible and preferably on
or before 15th May 2014;

(ii)The remedy of the petitioner of challenging
the order dated 8th August 2013 is kept open.
