Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present P.I.L. with liberty to make a representation for redressal of his grievance to the State Government within a period of two weeks from today and prayed that direction be given to the respondent – State to decide the same in accordance with law and the procedure applicable in this regard within the stipulated period. The request has not been objected, hence, present P.I.L. is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If representation is submitted by the petitioner within two weeks from today to the

State Government, we expect the State Government to decide the same in accordance with law and the procedure applicable in this regard within a period of six weeks from receipt of such representation. With these directions, P.I.L. is disposed of.
