has submitted that the petition was admitted on 8.4.2008 and Rule was expedited. However, since the writ petition was not listed for hearing, the petitioner filed civil application no. 1569 of 2009 for early hearing which was disposed of by this Court vide Order dated 8.7.2009 whereby the office was directed to list the writ petition for final hearing after two weeks. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the last Order passed by the Division Bench of this Court is dated 6.12.2010 whereby the Registry was directed to place the writ petition for final hearing on the board in the week commencing from 7.2.2011.However, the writ petition could not be heard finally for some reason or the other and therefore the petitioner had once again moved the present civil application for final hearing of the writ petition.
