Petition.
The explanation given by the Corporation that at Rampuri Camp they do not have their own land and acquisition of land would entail cost of more than Rs.Thirty Lacs cannot be ignored. In Rathi Nagar area the Corporation have their own land. In order to save the public money, the Corporation, with expeditious dispatch, has taken a decision to proceed with the construction of the tank at Rathi Nagar, which is hardly 900 meters away from Rampuri Camp.
The learned counsel appearing for the Corporation makes a statement that water from Rathi Nagar Water Tank would also be supplied to the residents of the Rampuri Camp.

The submission made by the learned counsel for the Corporation deserves acceptance. The grievance made in the petition is without any substance. The same is, therefore, rejected. No order as to costs.
