Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel for appearing for the respondents. Perused the petition.
By an order dated 22nd July, 2009, passed in W.P.No.4496 of 2008 (Keshav Jyotiba Mane and ors. ..vs.. State of Maharashtra and ors.), this court has directed the Competent Authority to go into the question of equivalence. It would be open for the petitioner to draw attention of the Competent Authority to the G.R. dated 12th December, 2006. Since the Competent Authority is already going into the question, it is not the fit case to entertain the

petition. The petition is, therefore, rejected, leaving all questions open. No order as to costs.
