CORAM : SWATANTER KUMAR, C.J. & DR. D.Y. CHANDRACHUD, J DATED : 26TH FEBRUARY, 2009.
P.C.
After having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, we are of the considered view that this is not a case which satisfies the basic ingredients for institution and entertainment of Public Interest Litigation. It is a pure commercial transaction. If any person is aggrieved on the action/inaction of the authorities concerned, he will be at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. We find no public interest involved in this Public Interest Litigation. Hence the same is disposed of accordingly.
