mother of the applicant revealed in her medical report, we grant temporary bail to the applicant for a period of two weeks from 10th March, 2009 as the surgery on the mother of the applicant is stated to be fixed on 13th March, 2009. He shall be released on bail subject to satisfaction of all the conditions which were imposed by the learned trial court during the trial period and further he shall furnish a bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate during which period he shall report to the concerned Police Station on every alternative day. After a period of two weeks computed from 10th March, 2009 to 24th March, 2009, he should surrender to the jail authorities where he is undergoing his sentence. In the event of default, he shall be apprehended and taken into custody. Application stands disposed of.
