We have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The question raised in the grounds pleaded in the Petition would not fall within the ambit of the parameters of a Public Interest Litigation. In any case, the locus standi of the Petitioner itself would be questioned, inasmuch as he is not a person who is eligible to even apply to the post in question. No merits. Dismissed. No order as to costs.
