We are of the considered opinion that, and in particular
in view of the averments made in the affidavit in reply and contended by the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents, this petition is not maintainable as PIL in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and allow the Petitioners to pursue their appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. With the above observations, the PIL is disposed with no order as to costs.
