During the course of hearing and while relying
upon the affidavit filed on record on behalf of the
respondent, it is stated that the Court of the
Additional District Judge at Vasai shall start
working. It is further stated that as per the report
of the District Judge, there is excessive staff in
Palghar Court which may be temporarily transferred to
that Court and if any further staff is needed the
Government will sanction the same without any demur.

Counsel appearing for the respondents, nothing survives
in this petition, which is disposed of as such.
