. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents
submit that the crane in question has already been
removed. Even the penalty imposed upon the defaulter has
been recovered. The learned Counsel further states that
if there is any unauthorised sand extraction work the
Govt. will take steps to remove the same. In view of the
statement made the petition is rendered infructuous and is
accordingly disposed of with no order as to costs.
