The learned AGP appearing for the State submits that without prejudice to their rights and contentions, the State would consider the grievance made by the petitioner in this petition, and if there is any substance in the same, shall issue appropriate directions to the relevant committees to expeditiously get over the matter and issue certificates to the person eligible in accordance with the policy of the Government. In view of the submission made by the learned AGP, this PIL is disposed of with no order as to costs.
