The learned counsel for the petitioners relies upon an order dated 3rd October 2002 passed in PIL Petition No. 75 of 2002 directing the Government to take certain decision. Despite that order no decision has been taken till date. Petitioners again approached this court by means of this petition. We are doubtful as to whether this petition and prayers made therein are maintainable before this court. However, once an order was passed in the earlier petition it was expected from the State that it should have carried out the order without default. The learned Government Pleader further prays for time of six weeks to

comply with the order. In view of this statement made we dispose of this petition without any further directions.
