1. This is an application for grant of
bail. The applicant is shown as an
accused in C.R.No.184/2006 registered
by Juhu Police Station for an offence
punishable under Section-326 and 506
Part-II of the I.P.C. On perusal of
the F.I.R., it indicates that the
present applicant was a supervisor with
a builder and he beat the complainant
and caused two fracture injuries on his
face and skull. Obviously the wounds
are grievous. It appears that the

complainant and his workers were
demanding money for tea and food, he
assaulted the complainant. A.P.P.
states that the investigation in this
matter is completed. In the
circumstances, pending trial, the
applicant may be released on bail in
the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety
in the like amount subject to the
condition that he should report to the
Investigating Officer once in a week on
every Monday till the charge sheet is
filed and thereafter, once in a
fortnight on every first and third
Mondays till the disposal of the trial.
