Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the advertisement No.E.II(2)/Advt(1)/2006 dt. 10-11-2006 issued by the 1st Respondent in so far as it relates to the teaching posts in the Depot, of Sanskrit as arbitrary, discriminatory and illegal and consequently set aside the same and direct the 1st Respondent to unreserve at least one teaching post in the Department of Sanskrit and also consider the petitioner for continuation in the vacant teaching posts in the Dept, of Sanskrit, in terms of the order dt.29-6-2005 in WP No. 6414 of 2004 and with all other consequential benefits monetary or otherwise and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
