The Second Appeal is preferred by the appellant against the Judgment and Decree, dated 02.06.2005, passed in A.S.No.60 of^{2004,onthefileofthe} learned II Additional District Judge, Madanapalle.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite listing the matter under the caption for dismissal none appeared for the respondent.

It seems that the appellant has no interest to prosecute the appeal. Without proper representation from both sides, this^{Courtcouldnotproceed} further and hence, this Court has no other alternative except to dismiss the appeal.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
