This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused No.3 against the order dated 28.05.2012 in Crl.M.P.No.l82 of 2011 in S.C.No.222 of 2011 passed by the learned Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Kurnool.
- Heard Sri H. Prahalada Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.3 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.
- Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, on written instructions, submitted that S.C.No.222 of 2011 on the file of the learned Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Kurnool, was disposed of on 16.10.2018 and hence, the present Criminal Revision Case becomes infructuous.
