This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner against the judgment dated 13.05.2009 in Criminal Appeal No.86 of 2009 passed by the learned 111 Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur, whereby the learned Judge confirmed the judgment dated 13.02.2009 in D.V.C.No.l of 2008 passed by the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge (Judicial First Class Magistrate), Sattenapalli.

Both the learned counsel are present.

Today, when the matter is taken up for final hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case.
