This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused against the judgment dated 16.01.2010 in \ Crl.A.Np.l54 of 2009 passed by the learned SessionsJudge, Prakasam Division, Ongole, wherein the judgment dated 30.09.2009 in C.C.No.23 of 2008 of the learned SpecialJudicial Magistrate of First Class, Excise Court, Ongole, wasconfirmed.
- Both the learned counsel are present.
- Learned Public Prosecutor filed a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner/accused issued by the Grama Panchayat, Tangutur, showing that the petitioner/accused died on 04.02.2022.
- Interim Orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
