This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused against the judgment dated 09.06.2011 in Crl.A.No.l46 of 2010 passed by the learned 1 Additional Sessions Judge, Anantapur, wherein the judgment dated 29.09.2010 in C.C.No.269 of 2009 of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prohibition and Excise Court, Anantapur, was confirmed.
- Both the learned counsel are present.
- C. Indhrani, learned counsel, representing Sri V. Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner/accused issued by theGovernment General Hospital, Anantapur, showing that the petitioner/accused died on 25.01.2021.
- In view of the above facts and circumstances, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
- Interim Orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
